CLAIRIERE is a 2013 design by Fabrice Berrux. Berrux designed this beautiful collection of pendants for Dix Heures Dix. The collection is obviously inspired by the forest. The fixtures look like tree branches crossing each other in a seemingly random way. Clairière is a French word for a clearing in the forest where light shines through the branches of trees. This is exactly the ambience Berrux is trying to create with his pendants. The CLAIRIERE pendants provide a warm white, indirect light. Designed for LEDs, CLAIRIERE comes in two sizes and two different finishes: white Corian® or oiled Walnut. The white structure makes the pendant more abstract, while the walnut finish makes it even more natural.
