Designer Jörg Zeidler was inspired by a lighthouse in the south of Portugal when he designed his latest uplight: FARO. This new freestanding light for Anta is completely tooled with the latest LED technology that is continuously dimmable. FARO stands on three slim legs out of lacquered metal that create a tall, modern appearance for the uplighter. The three legs help the uplighter to be freestanding without being massive. FARO is the name of the biggest city at the Algarve coast, where a tall, thin light house is a big tourist attractor. FARO is available in a black and in a white version. The uplighter has a tiltable lamp-head that emits 6700lm warm white (3000K) light. With this high output, FARO is perfectly suitable for the indirect lighting of a room. The light from the swivel-mounted head can be reflected by walls and ceiling to light a room with a diffuse, pleasant glow. FARO is 198 cm high and has a width of 41.6 cm.
