FLASHWOOD is designed to meet the growing demand for an eco-friendly suspension light with a low environmental impact. With this in mind, the choice of LED lighting technology to save energy was unavoidable. Each of FLASHWOOD’s twelve arms incorpora- tes a 6 Watt LED that produces 425 lumen of light at a temperature of 3000°K and achieves a viewing angle of 120°. The world’s most natural material has been used to make the structure too. The oak wood selected for FLASHWOOD by Masiero comes from forests that are specially managed to prevent deforestation. You can be sure that every tree felled has been replaced according to a strict protocol adopted to safeguard the entire ecosystem.
