HORUS is a new standing lamp made by Italian lighting brand Lumen Center. It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor lighting. HORUS gives diffused light, the diffuser head is made of injection moulded opaline polycarbonate, the stem is an epoxy-lacquered metal structure. What makes HORUS unique is that it is powered by a rechargeable Ni-MH battery.
The recharging system is integrated in the base. Light intensity of the white LED can be controlled on five levels. The color temperature of the LED is 3500 kelvin. With the RGB Led circuit it is possible to create atmospheres that can be changed afterwards. HORUS is equipped with a control button to start the automatic colors changing function. HORUS also doubles as an emergency light: when the power is disconnected, the light automatically turns on. The charging unit of HORUS has a white electric cable of 150 cm that can be winded under the base.
