JEAHNA is a gigantic textile fixture for indoor and outdoor use. The technique from manufacturing tents inspired JEAHNA. It measures four meters in diameter but is still graceful. The construction with fabric, poles and clips is optimal - it gives the lamp its distinct form and large format and creates a beautiful shadow play. Despite its size, the fitting is very easy - JEAHNA weighs only a few pounds, can be easily transported and assembled in an intuitive way.
Designers Lervik and Carpner imagine JEAHNA in waiting rooms, winter gardens, shopping centers and stairways. Because of the easy pitching, the armature can be hung in buildings with small entrances. Two smaller versions are also available - for homes and public spaces with high ceilings, or to the private garden.
JEAHNA can also be hung outdoors. Lervik and Carpner has collaborated with the tent manufacturer Hilleberg during the construction. Adventurers choose Hilleberg tents for the most extreme expeditions and Hillebergs knowledge in tent technology and design has become an important part of the design process. JEAHNA withstand sun, wind, water and frost, and are ideal in gardens and courtyards.
The producer Zero's consistent interest in design and knowledge of innovative lighting technology has also been important for Lervik and Carpner. With Zero, they have developed different wattages for JEAHNA - the armature can be filled with everything from white general lighting to controlled RGB LED effects. JEAHNA is available in three sizes 1,5 to 5,5 meter in diameter. Even the largest model only has a weight of a few kilograms and fits into a small sack, not larger than a regular suitcase.
