The Euroluce fair in Milan is the right place for high-end lighting brands to present their new creations. In 2015, the focus was not only on the shape of fixtures, but much attention was spend on the way light is distributed. The latest designs are no longer just pure lines, but round shapes and cuddly colors were presented again.
Vibia presented multiple new luminaires at Euroluce and it was the new MAYFAIR collection that really caught our eye. MAYFAIR is designed by Diego Fortunato for Spanish lighting . In the words of Fortunato: “The Mayfair light fitting represents an evolution from 18th Century lamps. While featuring the most advanced lighting technology it retains its charm and utility to delight its users.” It establishes an obvious connection with the past, reinterpreting the traditional library lamp in a thorough and contemporary manner. The collection consists of pendant fixtures, table lamps and floor lamps. It is equipped with an optical sensor for the regulation and is available in six different colors, in order to adapt to your environment.
