Light as a rising sun! Belgian design label Kinetura managed to recreate the day and night rhythm according to the sun in one design: TOKYO.
TOKYO is a poetic metamorphosis of light and form. The light will gradually transform from a discrete orientation to an expressive light. The speed is so slow that at first you don’t see the actual transformation, yet feel that something is going on. TOKYO is available in three different versions: recessed, surface mounted or as pendant. The interior is available in two different finishes: ventian red or olympic gold. The exterior can be finished in ghost white or in white primer, which can be painted in every thinkable color.
Next to the basic installation, where simply switching on results in the light opening op and illuminating the are 2 other operation modes. You can connect a dimmer that allows the control of the intensity and transformation. Integrated into a home automation system results in controlling every aspect of light and transformation.
