This is the brinklicht.nl brand video of Slovenian lamp brand VERTIGO BIRD @ Light&Building 2012 in Frankfurt. We especially liked JINN by Mathias Hahn. JINN is a reinterpretation of a classic decorative lamp comprising a base and lamp shade. In opposition to the traditional build of a central structure holding the shade and light source in place, JINN is deconstructing this typology by removing the stem. Using the wheel on the side, the intensity of light can be adjusted in a very intuitive manner.
