Ghion, Christian
After five years spent studying law, he enrolled at the Paris-Conflans School of architecture before joining the ENSCI. A design graduate, he founded a design studio along with Patrick Nadeau before going solo in 1988. His designs are published among others by Cappellini, Driade, Daum, Salviati and XO, and he has also produced jewellery for the jeweller Fred in addition to numerous exhibition scenery and interior design projects. Examples of his work include the restaurants Le Gava in Paris and Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo. At the Cat Berro gallery he recently presented a collection of 25 blown glass vases. He has recently designed the knife collection for Nontron for whom he is the artistic manager and created a Forestier light, working with BASILE HUEZ.
