Nendo

Nendo

Nendo is a Japanese design label founded by Oki Sato. It is a design brand that designs minimalist and straightforward products for different brands. Well-known brands for which Nendo works are Flos, Kartell, Foscarini, and Fritz Hansen. Nendo's work has been awarded several times. Oki Sato, for example, received the Industrial Designer Award at the Design Anthology Awards in Hong Kong in 2019. Currently, the management of Nendo is in the hands of Sato Oki, Ito Akihiro, and Hama Takaaki. In 2015, the company employed thirty designers, designing more than a hundred products for nineteen brands per year.
