Pamio, Roberto

Pamio, Roberto

Architect, designer and traveller

He is Italian Venetian. The architect Roberto Pamio, a man close to nature, or better close to the matter and spirit contained in nature, puts the volumes of inhabitated spaces together with the density of solid bodies and everyday object-forms combined in original poetics through the energy emitted by colours, light and symbol. Colour is a means of communication; light (which comes out from darkness) penetrates and permeates while the mute symbol (at times with the flow of water) evoke the absence of man.
Thus Roberto Pamio\'s architectural thought shapes itself to support the cultural and urban tapestry he meets.
At times he comes here or elsewhere reaching places where his designer thought has already been present for long time as if through the swift light of a luminaire or the urgent kitchen. in his work you can find a playful craftsmanlike sensibility that goes along with his work, reassembling the naked alphabet of details in the final visual mosaic.
